Meet the Founder
Dan Sissons, Chief Inspiration Officer
Dan is a Nursery Manager in North Yorkshire with over 17 years of experience in early years and childcare. He is passionate about providing children with opportunities to learn through play and exploration, especially in outdoor environments. As a strong advocate for forest school and outdoor education, Dan has seen firsthand the positive impact that these experiences can have on children’s development and well-being.
Dan is also committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in early years education. In particular, he is passionate about encouraging more men to pursue careers in childcare and ensuring that all children have access to high-quality early years education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
